Allen Restorations did an awesome job repairing the water damage to my 1st floor master bedroom. They promptly showed up shortly after I contacted my homeowner insurance. When the repairs were completed it looked awesome. No one would ever know a catastrophe happened in that room.

I am pleased to highly recommend the services of Allen Restorations Inc. of Hershey PA. A few months ago, my wife and I (senior citizens) were suddenly faced with a significant amount of water damage in our home. Our call to Allen Restorations not only provided a rapid response to our problem, but the staff also provided a peace of mind that was so important to us in this situation. After the home was dried out by the Allen technicians and the damaged areas were ready for rebuilding, we asked Allen to also provide those construction services. We had the good fortune to have Brin Koser assigned as project foreman for our restoration. Brin proved to be exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, resourceful and very easy to work with during the entire process. Our home is now restored and we are convinced that we selected the right company for the job.

We had a water leak that affected 3 floors of our home. When Joe came to evaluate the damage he was efficient, thorough and kind. When he and his team removed the water damaged ceilings, walls and floors they did ALL THINGS with excellence. Their cut lines were straight and clean and they put up plastic sheeting to keep the mess isolated. We are so thankful for Joe’s hard work and integrity. It was a comfort to us having a good team at the beginning of our “clean-up”.

Allen Restorations did a fantastic job on our home. From the first phone call I was so pleased with their friendly customer service, great communication and attention to detail. We had a leak from our roof that came through the ceiling in our son’s bedroom and they did an incredibly professional job from demo to restoring the ceiling and hall back to perfect. My insurance company recommended Allen Restorations Inc. to restore my dining room and kitchen after the icemaker line broke and caused extensive damage. I met with Brin the project manager who told me how particular the restorers were when repairing the damage. I was extremely dubious. Imagine my surprise and excitement when Allen exceeded my expectations. Doug and Brian (the installers) are true craftsmen who not only take pride in their work but are also meticulous when making the repairs. They even had a vacuum, broom and cleaning supplies they used to clean up after each day. Outstanding job and I highly recommend them! How refreshing to work with a contractor who does what he says he is going to do while treating my house as if it were his own! A+++

Allen Restorations, Inc. did some extensive repair on our home after a bad summer storm. Repairs were done on our roof, aluminum siding, gutter and down spouting and replaced a night light. The work was done in a timely manner by professional workers. I watched the guys at their work and asked questions from time to time. Our hot water heater developed a leak and saturated the carpet & carpet pad in our family room. I called Allen Restorations & they came the same day and started to remove the wet carpet & pad and set-up drying fans and dehumidifiers. When everything was dry, they installed new carpet w/carpet pads. Everyone involved did a fantastic job. They were all polite, friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend this company.
